How can I track my order?

To check the status of the shipment, please visit http://www.17track.net/en/ and enter your tracking number.

Otherwise, you can also use the specific carrier’s website and enter the tracking number that we provided.

Shipping and Delivery

Standard Delivery
For Hong Kong we offer free shipping. Hong Kong orders will be shipped using Hong Kong or S.F. Express service.

For shipping addresses outside of Hong Kong, we charge HKD$150 and dispatch with HK Post.

Express Delivery
Upon special request we offer a express delivery service with Fedex (subject to quote).

Duties and Taxes

Import Taxes & Duties
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at DEMK. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Customs & Regulations
You are responsible on checking with your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Returns and Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange/return your merchandise please refer to the guideline below and email us explaining the reason for your exchange/return request. Merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 10 days of receiving the goods.

Exchanges/returns will be processed upon receipt of the regarding merchandise.

Mercandise that is returned must be returned in its original condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused. Upon dispute, DEMK reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
